Refund Return

Returns & Order Corrections

Your satisfaction is our top priority.

If we made a mistake with your order, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery to initiate a return process and have the error corrected. If more than 7 business days have passed since delivery, we cannot accept your return or offer a refund.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. At this time, we do not offer exchanges.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, deodorant, smoke, or dog hair. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, along with proof of the incorrectly ordered item. After verifying an error on our part, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Once we receive and inspect the incorrect item, we will promptly ship the correct item and notify you.

All sales are final, and all orders are non-refundable unless an error was made on our part that cannot be corrected.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7–14 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
Contact your bank, as additional processing time may be required.
